The previous units can be completed in your own time and are aimed at building your familiarity with the SharpReading observation and feedback process.

We now turn to MENTORING during 'live' observations in the classroom with a SharpReading consultant.

As we have previously mentioned, there are additional costs for this as it requires face-to-face time with a SharpReading consultant.

This can be built into in-school visits where you accompany the consultant as they provide coaching support to teachers in their classrooms (no additional cost).

Alternatively, if ON-SITE delivery is not passible, we have made provision for doing this remotely via Zoom meetings.
