Once you (and the teachers you are observing) are familiar with the COMPETENCE indicators, it is now possible to start looking at the FLUENCY indicators. This means that the teacher is now well established in the delivery of the routine, can focus on the learning that is occurring, and make tweaks to meet the individual needs of the students.
