This unit looks at the way the Coach collates the data that they have collected during classroom observations. This data will provide an overview of how efficiently the PD has been delivered across the school, essential information to determine how resources (teacher support) will be allocated.

The final step is for the coach to formulate a plan for the ongoing monitoring and support of SharpReading in the school based on the data and any constraints that may be imposed by school management.
