These are Start-Up Webinars that we schedule during busy times of the year. 'Public' means that anyone can register but they are NOT lectures. For those who understand the distinction, these sessions are 'Zoom Meetings' which are interactive training sessions with a maximum of 10 attending. They are an alternative to the one-on-one webinar that you can book from inside a course (see Unit 1 of your course).
