  1. SharpReading Theory about comprehension acquisition
     - Training the brain to be 'active' WHILE reading before we start on strategies (Stage 4).
     - How to strengthen that 'in-the-moment' comprehension skill set
     - Introducing strategies to problem-solve comprehension difficulties

  2. Modelling and practice of our Explicit Teaching and  Independent Practice routines
    - You can make a start with these in your classroom the next day!

2.  Refund Policy
Because you get immediate access to the ONLiNE Course we cannot offer any refunds. If for some reason you are unable to attend the webinar you have selected, contact us and we will transfer you to a date that does work for you.

How often are these Start-Up Webinars offered?

Regularly. That way we can keep them small (usually less that 10 attendees).

Usually, Weeks 2 and 7 (NZ Terms) are our scheduled Webinar Weeks during the term and we also offer a round during the first week of the holidays.

Our standard times are 12noon-4pm NZ time so that teachers from other time zones can attend. During daylight savings (NZ) it gets a little more complicated.

BUT if that isn't going to work for you, then PLEASE contact us and we will customise a special event for YOUR school. We can even run 2 x 2-hour workshops after school.
