Here is an expanded explanation of the Terms and Conditions that the user must agree to when enrolling in any of our ONLiNE Course.

A 1-USER LICENCE

• Each course is sold as a training package which is intended for use by one person only.

• As the training includes a significant portion on one-on-one personalised training, the package is not transferable to another teacher.

  • New teachers to the school must purchase their own training package.
    

• The user is issued with a unique USERNAME and generates their own PASSWORD.

  • The user agrees that they will NOT share their password with anyone else.
    
    PURPOSE:

1. To personalise the user's training and keep track of their progress through the units

2. To protect our intellectual property

This package includes

1. Twelve months access to the ONLiNE Course
   - after 12 months the access to the course expires

7. A Start-Up Webinar or Workshop
   - for individual teachers this will often be one-on-one personalised event
   - for whole school contracts this will be a TOD workshop (ON-SITE) or webinar (OFF-SITE)

11. If a teacher goes on leave from the school (eg maternity leave) they can ask for a deferment of their training for up to two years. That means we will pause their access to the course and re-enstate it once they return.
